Ford has put two decades of leadership in vehicle engineering and design to use in their next big launch. Soon, Ford will launch the New 2020 Ford Explorer and all loyal Ford customers are waiting for it with excitement. 

Even though not much information is public, we still have access to pre-production images and information released by the company. As the company claims, they have redesigned the New 2020 Ford Explorer inside and outside. The 2020 Ford Explorer, Ford’s popular SUV, is ready for a major facelift.

They design the new exterior of the New 2020 Ford Explorer to give the vehicle a rugged, athletic look. with a bold new grille design and twin headlights that merge effortlessly with the facade. Ford re-designed the interiors to give the vehicle a stylish look. 

The available E-Z Entry Second-Row captain's chairs offer cozy seating just behind the front seats. Up to seven passengers can comfortably ride this 3-row SUV. The New Explorer will have improved cargo capacity.

An updated engine producing up to 400 horsepower will be available with ST trim. The towing capacity of the Explorer, when equipped with a Class III Trailer Tow Package, will do up to 5000 pounds.

The New Ford Explorer will provide several choices of powerful and efficient engines, all paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission with Select shift capability. These include a 2.3 liter EcoBoost I-4, a 3.3-liter Hybrid V6, or a 3.0 liter EcoBoost V6. 

Buyers will have a choice between the rear-wheel drive and four-wheel-drive power trains. The New Explorer will also have an all-new Terrain Management System with up to 7 selectable drive modes. 

The New 2020 Ford Explorer also comes with a long list of technology upgrades. It will have as standard an 8 color touchscreen and 10.1” touchscreen, 360-Degree Camera with split-view display and front/rear washers, adaptive front headlamps, Active Park Assist 2.0, Ford Co-Pilot 360 Auto High Beams, Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert, Lane-Keeping System, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), and many other driver assistance features.
